Record #:132
Class ID:3.24
Class Name:polyether
Polymer:poly(propylene oxide)
Matrix:dithranol (1143-38-0)
Salt:lithium trifluoroacetate
Solvent:hexane/isopropyl alcohol
RecipeThe eluate stream coming from SEC/LC-CC was deposited dropwise on MALDI-TOF targets. The matrix was added coaxially to the eluate stream.

Record #:176
Class ID:3.24
Class Name:polyether
Polymer:poly(propylene oxide)
Matrix:2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (490-79-9)
Salt:N/A
Solvent:ethanol
RecipeThe polymer samples were prepared for MALDI mass spectrometry by mixing a 1-M matrix solution in ethanol with an approximately 10-g/L analyte solution in ethanol yielding a molar ratio matrix:analyte = 1000:1. The resulting mixture was electrosprayed onto a stainless steel probe tip. Approximately 0.1mL analyte/matrix is consumed during sample deposition.
